Funding Friday: Vishal Sikka's Tryst With AI & Investor's Got the Viral Fever Stay tuned to get every day updates in 60 seconds

1. Not even the industry veterans could defy the huge potential lying in Artificial Intelligence. Former Infosys CEO Vishal Sikka has launched an AI startup, Vian Systems Inc which has raised $50 million.

2. Investors seem to have caught the Viral Fever. The popular online network TVF has raised close to $5 million from one of India's leading investors, Tiger Global, taking its valuation to $82 million.

3. The raising awareness around health has got US-based healthtech platform Biofourmis a cheque of $35 million. The Series B round of funding was led by Sequoia India and Mass Mutual Ventures.

4. Coming back to India, Gurugram-based Spinny is all set give competition to CarDekho and peers. The used car platform has raised $13.2 million in Series A funding round led by Accel and SAIF Partners.
